is located in Sarzana, in the heart of Val di Magra, between the Cinque Terre and the Apuan Alps, near the Tyrrhenian Sea. It ‘a totally renovated house, including two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large kitchen where breakfast is served, a threshing floor small but rich in plants, ideal for summer breakfasts.
Two steps from town centre
Our B&B, is located just 150 meters from the historical center of Sarzana, and is easily accessible by car or on foot, from anywhere in the Sarzana neighborood. There is a free parking area and close the station, just a few hundred meters. It ‘an old farmhouse, in fact, when it was built, it was surrounded by vegetable gardens and fields, outside the walls of the ancient city.

The house was totally renovated according to the Most Active modern energy standards. We put the utmost care in every detail. The result is a very nice, bright little oasis of peace without walking big distances from the city center, simple, homely, we wish you to feel at ease.
